- Capitalization Rate for Low Income Housing
- Pursuant to Sec. 11.1825 (r) of the Texas Property Tax Code, Nueces County Appraisal District has established a 2017 capitalization rates for properties that are receiving an exemption under Sec. 11.1825, of 9% to 10% subject to adjustments for individual characteristics and information provided to the Chief Appraiser.
